Once your new simulator has arrived, our friendly support team will travel to your facility anywhere within Australia or New Zealand to begin the set-up process. An in-depth virtual demonstration may be booked at a later stage to teach your students, surgeons, and medical professionals how to use the new simulator and modules. On the day of set-up, our team will provide a brief demonstration so you can get started.
Phantasim will provide an internet accessible USB during the set-up stage, allowing our team to remotely access the software and assess issues or faults which arise. Our support and maintenance team at Phantasim pride themselves on their exceptional process of initial set-up and aftercare of your simulation unit.

At Phantasim, our aftercare support team are able to access your simulator remotely to assess any unforeseen issues which may arise. This includes analysing the software, providing access to additional modules as your students’ progress, and automatic software updates ensuring your students are upskilling themselves with relevant up-to-date knowledge. Should you have an issue with the simulation hardware, our friendly aftercare team can visit your facility anywhere within Australia or New Zealand.
We operate on a 12-month subscription model to ensure your simulator and modules are easily remotely accessible should you require any assistance from our support team. Minimum commitment periods are on a 12-month basis, however, if your facility would prefer, there are options to request a longer term for further peace of mind.

Each simulator has remote access capabilities, allowing our team to assess any issues or irregular activities from any location. Alternatively, our support team can visit your facility as part of your aftercare package.
