Ultrasound Mentor

Ultrasound Examinations and Interventions Training Simulation

The U/S Mentor is a high-end medical simulator for the training of ultrasound-related examinations and interventions.

The Ultrasound Mentor offers a multidisciplinary, realistic hands-on training for the ever-growing utilization of ultrasound in medicine especially at point of care (POC) setting. It provides residents, fellows, and practicing physicians an opportunity to acquire and improve their sonography-related skills on a variety of virtual patients. The simulator, is designed to provide the optimal educational environment to reach and demonstrate competency levels.

The Simbionix Ultrasound Mentor enables easy rotation of the simulator’s mannequin, conforming with the preferred training module. Each mannequin model features realistic accurate landmarks that assist in probe positioning. A variety of commonly used probes are provided with the system. The probe can be seamlessly changed enabling a different approach. Desktop and cart-based configurations offer portable and ergonomic solutions.

The Simbionix Ultrasound Mentor is a high-fidelity simulator used for ultrasound examination and intervention training. This state-of-the art system provides students, residents, fellows and practicing physicians the optimal solution for acquiring, practicing and improving their sonography skills on a wide variety of patient anatomies and pathologies.
